Local

Our whole team is Cornish, and we exclusively work on projects within Cornwall, bringing local knowledge and commitment to everything we do.

Straightforward

We have a ‘blank sheet of paper’ approach to finding out what you want and how we can work together to achieve your goals. Ultimately we will need to agree some terms with you but these are simple ‘Plain English’ agreements.

Well connected

We have long established and positive relationships with Local Authorities and Councils. We always approach the planning process in a constructive and collaborative way to create the very best chance of success for the landowner.
